Ivory Madison, J.D., is a writer, editor, entrepreneur, and former consultant with Madison St.John LLC, where she specialized in business communications. Prior to founding Madison St.John, Madison acquired experience as a successful entrepreneur in the restaurant industry, and in management for a leading international commercial real estate firm. She has personally managed teams of more than a hundred people, and understands the challenges facing corporate managers today, especially regarding training and quality control in the service and sales sectors.

Her expertise in business communications is further supported by her legal background. While in law school, Madison rose through the ranks to become Editor in Chief of her Law Review, and held an internship at the California Supreme Court. Subsequently, she completed a prestigious legal writing fellowship with a non-profit in Washington, D.C.

Madison was named "Best Writing Coach" by San Francisco Magazine, and has personally helped hundreds of people become more effective writers and achieve their personal and professional goals through stronger written communication skills. She has appeared on countless radio and television programs, and currently presents several writing lectures each week.
